Service Committee Chair
Regina Forbes

Regina is an alum of the Mu Tau Chapter at West Virginia Institute of Technology, past Section 59 Chair (4 years), and was the Advisor to the Workshop Chair for the Louisville 2006 National Convention. She is currently serves as a Chapter Rep on Section 59 Staff and PROUD Advisor to the Xi Upsilon Chapter at Mount Union College. Professionally, Regina is a Commercial Underwriting Specialist for Nationwide Insurance. She lives in the Canton, OH area with her husband, Pete (Lambda Tau) and two dogs, Madelyn and Chesney.

Brittany Montgomery

Brittany pledged Alpha Phi Omega in the fall of 2001 at the Delta Theta Chapter at the University of Louisville.  She held various leadership positions in the chapter including Service VP, Fellowship VP and Section Rep.  During Brittany's time as an active she also served as Chair of the Louisville Convention Bid team for the 2004 Convention and then went on to serve as Chair of the 2006 National Convention in Louisville.  After taking some time off after convention, Brittany is currently serving as the Region V Scouting and Youth Services Chair.  She is happily married to Brian and currently works as a Project Manager for the Town of Clarksville, Indiana, where she also resides.

Howard Wolf

Howard Wolf (Theta Upsilon '92) is the Region V Finance Chair, member of the National Finance & National Scouting & Youth Services Committees, and an Advisor to Theta Upsilon Chapter at Case Western Reserve University. He is a recipient of the Herbert G. Horton Service to Youth Award and a Chapter & Section 59 DSK. Professionally, he is the Business Director of the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland and has an MBA & Certificate of Nonprofit Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at CWRU. Howard and his wife Marla have two children, Rachel & Sam.

Ambassador Coordinator

Colin Milne

Colin pledged APO at Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, OH in the Fall of 2003. He held various positions including Fellowship VP, Pledge Educator and Alumni Secretary. Towards the end of his life as an Active, Colin was on the Louisville '06 NCPC and ran the choir, which is a position he repeated in '08 at the Boston Convention. After graduation, Colin joined Section 59 staff as the Alumni / Fundraising chair, and is now the Region V Membership / Extension Chair as well as one of the Region V Conference advisors. The highlight of his APO career was meeting his wife (Ginny Milne). They met his freshman year, and have been together ever since.

In his personal life, Colin is currently an Elementary Music Teacher in the Cleveland Heights City School District. He lives in Shaker Heights and occasionally commutes to the Pittsburgh area to spend time with his wife and dog (Rudy).

Extension
Sekhar Mamidi

Sekhar Mamidi pledged Alpha Phi Omega in Spring 2000 at Lambda Omicron Chapter (West Virginia University (WVU)). He served many leadership positions within the chapter while at WVU. After graduating with his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from WVU, he served as a chapter advisor in 2006-2007 and again in 2008-2009, as well as Section 61 Staff in 2006-2007. He currently serves as a Section 56 Staff Member for Alpha Epsilon Beta (Ohio Northern University) and Region V Extension Chair. He received the Chapter Distinguished Service Key (DSK) from Lambda Omicron and was very fortunate and blessed to be named the Spring 2009 Pledge Class Namesake for Lambda Omicron.

Outside of Alpha Phi Omega, Sekhar is currently serving in his 2nd year as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Ohio Northern University Raabe College of Pharmacy.

Lee Peters

Joining Alpha Phi Omega at The Ohio State University in 1987, Lee has been continuously active at a Sectional, Regional and National levels. As a student, Lee served as the first Region V Scouting Chair and also on the National Service Committee. Lee has served as the Section Chair for Section 67 (Central and Eastern Kentucky) and Section 84 (Maryland and Washington, DC before the Section split into two sections). While living in Omaha, Nebraska Lee served as the National Liaison to Camp Fire, USA authoring the Memorandum of Understanding between Camp Fire, USA and Alpha Phi Omega as well as serving briefly as the Region VIII Scouting and Youth Services Chair. Currently, Lee serves as an advisor to the Alpha Iota Chapter, the Region V Alumni Chair and is working on establishing a chapter at Otterbein College in Westerville. Professionally, Brother Peters installs equipment at hospitals for CareFusion that automates the hospital supply chain. Lee also volunteers for the Boy Scouts of America and is active in Rotary International.

Charlotte Baker

Charlotte pledged Alpha Phi Omega in the Fall of 2002 (George Dacy Pledge Class), Tau Beta chapter (Appalachian State University).She served as Pledge Class Service VP, as well as Brotherhood Sergeant-at-Arms, Service VP (3 terms), and President. After graduating from Appalachian in 2006, she began graduate school at the University of Pittsburgh and became an active brother in the Beta chapter. During her first year in Pittsburgh, Charlotte began serving on the section 66 staff as Webmaster, a position she held until mid-2008. She left Pittsburgh to begin a doctoral program at the University of Kentucky in the fall of 2008 and was chosen at that time to serve as an advisor to the Alpha Zeta chapter, a position she continues to hold. She was asked to serve as the Region V LD chair In the spring of 2009.

Thom Bomba


Thom pledged Alpha Phi Omega in the Epsilon Psi chapter at Kent State University in 2002, and following graduation, transferred to the Alpha Epsilon Theta chapter at The University of Akron. He has served in various capacities both as an Active member and as an Alumnus. His current fraternity involvement includes service on the Section 59 Staff, Region V Staff and parliamentary consulting for the Section 65 Staff. His other community involvements include serving as a Unit Commissioner in the Boy Scouts of America and as the Secretary of the Rubber City Unit of the National Association of Parliamentarians. Thom is a Firefighter/EMT-B employed by the Greentown Fire Department, where he also serves on the administrative staff as grant manager.

Irene Wolf


Irene pledged Zeta Kappa at Bowling Green State University in the Fall of '95. As an Active, she was VP of Communications, Pledgemaster, and later President. In the spring of '98, she was awarded a chapter DSK from ZK. Irene was involved in extension efforts at Ohio Northern University and University of Akron. She is currently the Webmaster for Section 65 and an Advisor for Mu Upsilon at Washington and Jefferson. In Region V, she serves as the Communications and Historian Chair. Irene is also on the Leadership Development committee as the APO IMPACT Live Coordinator and am currently a SERVE apprentice.

Outside of Alpha Phi Omega, Irene is a Research Scientist in the field of Molecular Endocrinology at the University of Pittsburgh. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Pennsylvania State University Greater Allegheny teaching Human Physiology and Biology of Aging. Irene resides in Pittsburgh with her husband Scot and toddler Wolf Joshua May.

Heather is an alumni member of Beta Chapter (University of Pittsburgh), where she held positions as Secratery and Region 5 Conference Chair. She is actively involved as an Alumni with Region 5 Staff and Section 59 and 65 Staff. Additionally, she is a member of the Greater Pittsburgh Alumni Association. Outside of APO, she resides in the Greater Pittsburgh Area and works for FedEx Ground as a Wage and Hour Engineer. She volunteers with her Church, the American Cancer Society and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Kiley O'Laughlin


Kiley O'Laughlin pledged in the winter of 2006 at the Delta Gamma Chapter at Ohio University. She served several roles there during the 2 1/2 years as an active, including Pledge Class Service Co-Chair, Co-Service VP and the Chapter representative to the Louisville National Convention Planning Committee, where she was in charge of all Fellowship activities. She served as the Region's representative to the National Marketing Committee for 2 years, and is now the Regions representative to the External Relations Committee. Outside of APO, Kiley is a graphic and web designer at Take Note Designs in Louisville, KY, where she helps small businesses create and market their brand.

Ashleigh Lawrence


Ashleigh Lawrence pledged at the Xi Upsilon Chapter at Mount Union College in the fall of 2002. During her eight semesters as an active, she served as Fundraising Chair, Treasurer, Membership VP and Service VP. During grad school, she was an active brother at Epsilon Psi Chapter at Kent State University. Ashleigh also served on the Louisville 2006 Bid Committee, Events Chair for the Louisville 2006 National Convention Planning Committee, and is also the current Section 59 Events Chair. Ashleigh is currently the Program Manager of POWERcorps, an AmeriCorps program of Family and Community Services.

Melody Martin


Melody lives in Grand Rapids, Ohio, and works as an Engineer for Cooper Tire and Rubber Company. She has two children, Abigail(4) and Grant(1), and am married to Brother Brian Martin. As Awards Chair, Melody is responsible for the administrative duties related to awarding Regional Awards and Regional DSK's throughout the year. She can also provide lots of help to other staff members and chapters looking for unique ways to recognize brothers or chapters. Not everyone is motivated by a certificate or a plaque. Look for monthly postings of ideas for motivation and recognition throughout the year.

Think Tank
Brian Martin


Brian Martin has served as a Community Advisor for the Zeta Lambda Chapter at the University of Toledo for the last six years and Advisory Chair for the last two. He began his search for the perfect Risk Management Activity with the Delta Alpha chapter at the University of Cincinnati in 1995. More recently he also served as the co-sponsor for the chartering of the Alpha Zeta Rho chapter at Defiance College. He is luckily still married to Melody, a fellow brother, and they claim 2 future Life Members – Abigail (4) and Grant (1). Both frequently attend APO events with their parents. A Chemical Engineer by degree, Brian now sells diesel engines for his family business Martin Diesel. He also enjoys serving in the part time role of the Region V Think Tank and solving the world's problems with his "bro-friend".
